What is My Apple Watch Band Size?
All bands for 38mm, 40mm, and 41mm Apple Watch models are interchangeable. Similarly, bands for the 42mm, 44mm, and 45mm models can be used interchangeably.
The 49mm size is unique to the Apple Watch Ultra, which features a distinct case design and band attachment system due to its larger and more rugged build.
Fortunately, Apple has engineered the Ultra to be compatible with bands from the 42mm, 44mm, and 45mm models. This means you can use your existing 45mm bands with the 49mm Ultra, offering flexibility in your band choices.
Please note that while the bands may fit, there might be slight differences in design and aesthetics due to the Ultra's distinctive design.

How to Find Your Apple Watch Model Number?
The Apple model number is the most reliable way to identify which series your Apple Watch belongs to, and it’s quick to find.
- On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
- Tap the My Watch tab and then tap General.
- Tap About.
- On this screen, you’ll see a section that says Model. It will contain a number in it, but you'll need to tap this number to reveal the model number.
- Once you've tapped on the number, a new four-digit number preceded by the letter A will appear. This is your Apple Watch model number.
- Once you have the model number (a four-digit number preceded by "A"), compare it to a list of Apple Watch model numbers and their corresponding series. You can find this information on Apple's support page or below is a quick reference for some of the latest models:
- Apple Watch Series 9:
GPS: A2978 (41mm), A2980 (45mm)
GPS + Cellular: A2982, A2983 (41mm), A2984, A2985 (45mm)
- Apple Watch Ultra 2:
GPS + Cellular: A2986, A2987 (49mm)
- Apple Watch SE (2nd generation):

How long does it take to receive my package?
- Hong Kong, Local Delivery: Less than 3 days
- Singapore/Japan/Macau: Standard Worldwide Free Shipping, around 7 days
- USA/Australia: Standard Worldwide Free Shipping, around 10 days
- USA (If available in USA warehouse): Free USA local shipping, approximately 7 days
- Canada: Standard Worldwide Free Shipping, around 10-14 days
- USA/Australia/Singapore/Japan, Expedited WorldWide Shipping (< 10 Days ).

Do you provide free shipping?
Absolutely! We offer free worldwide shipping, both standard and expedited. Most standard shipments are handled by the national postal service of the destination country, like USPS, Australia Post, or HK Post. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order may ship from one of our warehouses in mainland China, California, USA, or Hong Kong. For expedited shipping, we use various delivery services based on the destination to ensure timely delivery.
When is my order shipped?
We typically ship orders within 48 hours. However, there may be instances where an item is temporarily out of stock, despite our best efforts to prevent this. If this occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Occasionally, you might notice an unusually long estimated delivery time during checkout. This could be because some products are currently out of stock and are being restocked. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your orders using various package tracking websites. Just copy your tracking code and paste it into the tracking site. Shipment status updates usually appear 3-5 days after your order is shipped.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you've placed a multi-item order, your items might be shipped separately because they come from different warehouses or suppliers worldwide, depending on availability. Additionally, if a particular item is popular and temporarily back-ordered, we might send your items at different times and in separate packages to avoid delays and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Help! I have not received my package.
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us atcs@burnanaconcept.com. We'll investigate the issue right away. Rest assured, we guarantee a 100% refund if you do not receive your order.
Order and Refund
Will I be charged for custom and import taxes?
In most cases, especially for items under a few hundred dollars, you won't be charged customs or import taxes, as they're below the threshold in many countries.
Here are some thresholds for reference:
- USA: $800 USD
- Japan: 10,000 JPY (Approximately $80 USD)
- Korea: $150 USD
- Australia: 1,000 AUD
- Singapore: 400 SGD
- UK/Europe: Due to new tax laws in 2021, taxes must be paid upfront. (Shipping to these countries is temporarily suspended but will resume soon.)
The prices on our site are tax-free in USD, meaning you might be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs or be responsible for any delays caused by customs. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply, depending on the situation, to cover restocking and credit card processing fees.
Typically, we arrange a full refund. However, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of up to 10% for certain products or purchase behaviors where it appears the customer did not intend to complete the purchase. This helps cover product restocking and payment processing costs.
Does Burnana Concept guarantee its product?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your product, as indicated by the tracking delivery status. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same perfect condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. If you need to return an item due to a defect, please email us with a picture of the product within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date in the tracking record, if applicable). For return instructions, email us at cs@burnanaconcept.com.
Please note that shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
For the quickest refund process, follow these steps:
- Take a picture of the product’s current condition and email us at cs@burnanaconcept.com or sales@burnanaconcept.com.
- If a return is required, send the product back and email us the receipt and tracking code.
It typically takes 14-20 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

How long does it take to receivemy refund?
